Vanessa has completed a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and a Licensed Counselling Therapist- Candidate (LCT-C). She has a strong background in working with adults facing mental health and addiction challenges in the non-profit sector.

Guided by a client-centered approach, Vanessa strives to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. By fostering a collaborative therapeutic relationship, clients are empowered to take an active role in their mental health journey.

Jocelynn is a seasoned therapist with 18+ years’ experience working in the mental health field. She is dedicated to a lifelong pursuit of learning about the human mind and becoming proficient in evidence-based practices for helping people who are experiencing mental health issues.

Jocelynn received her Master of Counselling Psychology degree from the University of Calgary and is a Registered Counselling Therapist. She also has a Master of Information Technology Education degree from Dalhousie University and received undergraduate degrees in political science and psychology from St. Thomas University and the University of New Brunswick respectively.

Jocelynn is trained in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD and feels honoured to walk beside those who have experienced trauma or severe life stressors to help them on their journey toward healing.
